How to get rid of pigmentation in face naturally

In this post am going to tell you guys about how I got rid of all the pigmentation in my face completely. Pigmentation is quite
common for everyone regardless of age, color or gender. This is one of the common
skincare concerns for most women especially. That’s why am here to help you all

By now you guys would be on the edge of the seat thinking what’s
that product that helped me to get rid of pigmentation. The one that I
discovered is not a product but rather a technique i.e face massage. Please don’t
stop here thinking it would not work. Trust me it works 100% than any other
product out there.
Initially when I started this technique I didn’t think it
would work magically. To my surprise within few days I started to notice
improvement in the texture of my skin, fine lines and dark circles. This made
me to continue daily and by 3-4 weeks the pigmentation around my mouth and eyes
were not even there anymore. Furthermore the wrinkles around my eyes and mouth
were smoothed out so well and my crow’s feet disappeared.

My face massage routine:
My routine involves three target areas Forehead, Eyes and
and Smile wrinkles. I do massage in the same order mentioned. None of the
massages are created by me because I have zero knowledge in that area. The ones
I do are from the YouTube Channel ‘Olgatoja’ from which I chose three separate
videos one for each of the target areas. You can choose the same way like I did
or feel free to select other ones in her channel as per your needs. Also you don’t
have to necessarily use only her videos. There are many face massages available
in different channels. I personally prefer this channel as in her videos you
can do the massage along with her which is easy to follow. Below are the images her massage videos.

How to do face massage:
I used Sweet Almond oil to do these face massages which is
not very heavy or too thin. Its gives a perfect glide while doing the massages.
You can choose any oil of your liking or even a massage cream. Make sure the
oil or cream you use does not dry quickly in which case it would be hard to get
a good glide and you need to reapply several times. After massage is over you
can either leave the oil on your skin and follow up with your usual skincare or
use a mild cleanser and wash off the excess and then do your skincare. I
prefer to wash out the oil before skincare as I don’t like too much
oil in my face. However I would suggest if you use heavy oils like coconut or
olive oil make sure to wash it off as it might clog your pores. Oils such as grapeseed oil, jojoba oil,
sesame oil, olive oil, coconut oil are some of the great options for massage.
How long to do face massage:
In the videos I follow she advised to do these massages
twice daily until we see results. But I did only once during night which I
continued for a month. Once you are satisfied with the results please do not
stop doing it entirely. Similar to weight loss or any other technique maintenance
is really important. So I would suggest doing the massages atleast 2-3 times a
week for maintaining the same results. This will ensure that your face does not turn
back to normal (not sure how long that would take though but its bound to happen
in the long run for sure).
Benefits of doing face massage:
I know, y’all interested to know the benefits of these
massages. Who would do it otherwise anyway?
Let me tell you the changes/benefits that happened from these face
massages.
1. It helps to flush out all the toxins from the face which
in turn makes the skin smooth and baby soft.
2. It greatly reduces the pigmentation, fine lines, wrinkles
and crow’s feet. So the skin looks much younger and brighter.
3. It evens out the skin tone and improves the texture of
the skin.
4. It cleans out the pores very well which dissolves the
sebum and this prevents the whiteheads/blackheads from appearing again.
5. It controls oil secretion in the skin and you wake up to
well hydrated skin.
6. It gives a naturally glowing skin and so skin looks
flawless even without makeup.
I did not have any acne, acne scars, sun spots or age
spots while practicing this technique. So I cannot comment on the effect of these massages for those concerns. Although for those of you with active acnes I
would suggest to refrain from doing this until the acne is gone. As you’re
massaging the face, there are chances it might spread the bacteria across the
face.
